Thank you for shopping at IceSoul, your premier marketplace for Call of Duty: Mobile accounts and in-game items. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on IceSoul, you agree to the terms below.


1. Digital Goods & Online Items

All products sold on IceSoul are digital in nature—Call of Duty: Mobile accounts, skins, weapon bundles, currency, and other in-game assets. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we have a strict no-refund policy for purchases of digital goods, except as described in Section 3 below.


2. Final Sale

  • All sales are final. Once your payment is confirmed and the digital item is delivered (via account credentials or in-game code), the transaction cannot be reversed.

  • You are responsible for reviewing your cart and ensuring you select the correct item before checkout.


3. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

Although we do not offer routine refunds, we understand issues can arise. We will consider refunds or partial credits only in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Item Not Delivered

    • If you pay for an item and do not receive the account credentials or delivery code within 24 hours, please open a support ticket.

    • We will verify the transaction and attempt to deliver the item.

    • If delivery ultimately fails due to seller error, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Item Significantly Misdescribed

    • If the delivered item materially differs from the listing (e.g., promised level, skins, currency amounts), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with screenshots or other proof.

    • We will review your claim and may require the seller to correct the delivery or issue a partial refund.

  3. Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions

    • If your payment method was used without your authorization, you must report the issue to your payment provider immediately.

    • IceSoul will cooperate with your bank or card issuer’s fraud investigation and may suspend or reverse the transaction pending resolution.

To request assistance under any of these exceptions, please contact our support team at support@icesoul.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Date and time of purchase

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Any supporting screenshots or documentation

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.


4. Chargebacks & Seller Protection

  • We strongly discourage buyers from filing chargebacks with their bank before contacting IceSoul support. Chargebacks place undue burden on sellers and may result in the suspension of your IceSoul account.

  • If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute it with your bank and may suspend or terminate your account pending investigation.


5. Changes to This Policy

IceSoul reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. We will post any updates on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
