Welcome to IceSoul. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IceSoul website (the “Site”) and any services, features or products provided by IceSoul, including the buying and selling of Call of Duty: Mobile (“CODM”) accounts and in-game items (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use IceSoul.

  2. By registering or placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

  1. To buy or sell, you must create an IceSoul user account and provide a valid email address.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

  3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Listing Items for Sale

  1. Sellers may list CODM accounts and in-game items for sale, setting their own prices.

  2. All listings must accurately describe the item’s contents, level, skins, currency, or other features.

  3. Listings that violate Activision’s Terms of Service, infringe on third-party rights, or promote cheating/modding are strictly prohibited.

  4. IceSoul reserves the right to remove or reject any listing at our sole discretion.

4. Purchases & Payments

  1. Buyers may purchase listed items via the Site’s checkout system.

  2. All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes.

  3. IceSoul uses third-party payment processors; your use of such services is subject to their terms.

  4. Once payment is authorized, your order is final and non-refundable except as provided in Section 6.

5. Delivery & Transfer

  1. Upon successful payment, we will deliver account credentials or items according to the delivery method described in the listing (e.g., direct message or email).

  2. Sellers must ship or transfer items promptly (within 24 hours of sale).

  3. If delivery fails due to seller error, IceSoul will mediate and may issue a refund to the buyer.

6. Refunds & Disputes

  1. Buyers may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery if the item is not as described or is non-functional.

  2. To request a refund, open a support ticket with proof of the issue.

  3. IceSoul will investigate and may require the return of account credentials or item rights.

  4. Disputes not resolved amicably will be escalated to our internal review team; decisions are final and binding.

7. Fees & Commissions

  1. IceSoul charges a transaction fee (a percentage of the sale price) on each completed sale; the current fee schedule is published on our Fees page.

  2. Buyers pay no extra fees beyond the stated purchase price.

  3. We reserve the right to adjust fees at any time; fee changes will apply only to future transactions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate Activision’s or any third party’s Terms of Service.

  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

  • Post listings for hacked, duplicated, or unauthorized game content.

  • Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.

  • Circumvent any Site security or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of IceSoul or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

  2. IceSoul DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  3. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICE SOUL AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

  2. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO ICE SOUL IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IceSoul, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Termination

  1. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

  2. Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (IP), 10 (Disclaimer), 11 (Liability), and 12 (Indemnification) shall survive any termination.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
